Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing and being mobile during entire shift duration
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
- Ability to climb ladders
- Willingness to work in environments ranging from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work safely and comply with all food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to handle cash register operations if needed
- Comfortable working in areas with common allergens
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by preparing handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food
- Uphold food and beverage standards, brand standards, and food safety requirements
- Manage food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, cleaning, and inventory accuracy
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process for digital order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting and clean dining area for guests consistently
- Engage authentically with guests to exceed expectations and provide personalized service
- Complete all Starbucks training related to quality control and safety compliance
