The Food & Beverage team at Target plays a crucial role in delivering a consistent and high-quality experience for guests. They lead essential processes such as replenishment, inventory accuracy, food safety, presentation, and promotional activities for food and beverages.

Currently, Target is seeking a Starbucks Barista to join their Food & Beverage team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about customer service and keen on developing specialized skills in food and beverage operations, particularly within the Starbucks brand. The position is hourly, starting at $18.25 USD per hour, and offers a flexible work schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays.

As a Starbucks Barista at Target, you will be responsible for providing a consistent Starbucks experience that delights guests with handcrafted beverages and high-quality food offerings. Your role will involve managing food quality and freshness, adhering to state and federal food safety regulations, and following OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. You will play an integral part in executing food and beverage processes, such as receiving deliveries, replenishing stock, maintaining accurate inventory, product rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing products.

Your daily routine will include engaging with guests to ensure they receive excellent service, producing beverages and food items according to Starbucks recipe specifications, and maintaining a welcoming dining environment. Additionally, you will be expected to support the Starbucks Drive Up process, fulfilling digital orders accurately and promptly, and participate in all necessary training programs related to quality control and safety standards.
