Job Requirements
- Ability to handle cash register operations accurately

- Ability to scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds

Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant shopping during operations
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, and signing
- Support the Starbucks Drive-Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and timely
- Maintain an inviting dining area for guests
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food following recipe specifications
- Follow all food safety requirements including temperature monitoring and cleaning tasks
