Job Requirements
- accurately handle cash register operations as needed

- scan, handle, and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- possess a flexible work schedule with availability for nights, weekends, and holidays

- endure varying temperatures, humidity, and elements during job duties
- remain mobile and active throughout assigned shifts
Job Qualifications
- previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- capable of working independently and as part of a team
- strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions promptly
- attention to detail in following multi-step processes
- ability to stay focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- deliver an exceptional guest experience by crafting quality handcrafted beverages and food
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards including Starbucks brand and food safety requirements
- execute food and beverage operational processes such as deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, rotation, and cleaning
- support Starbucks Drive Up service ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- maintain a clean and inviting dining area throughout the day
- engage guests authentically to meet and exceed their expectations
- monitor and record temperature-sensitive food items and complete required cleaning tasks
