Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous food service or retail experience preferred
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand and remain mobile for entire shifts
- ability to handle physical demands such as lifting up to 44 pounds and climbing ladders
- strong customer service orientation
- willingness to comply with food safety and operational standards
- ability to follow safety policies
- reliable and prompt attendance

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience
- uphold and maintain food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including stocking and replenishment
- maintain awareness of promotional activities
- follow all Starbucks and Target routines
- support Starbucks Drive Up process
- maintain an inviting dining area
- engage with guests to exceed expectations
- produce items to specifications
- monitor and record temperature-sensitive items
- complete cleaning tasks
- follow packaging and labeling guidelines
- adhere to food safety requirements
- identify and process damaged or expired items
- ensure accurate inventory and order placement
- execute sampling best practices
- create a welcoming guest experience
- observe and respond to guest needs
- engage guests authentically
- be knowledgeable about store products

- complete Starbucks trainings
