Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 44 pounds occasionally and frequent lifting up to 10 pounds
- Flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration and freezer environments
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle cash register operations
- Ability to follow food safety standards
- Must be able to climb ladders when necessary
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate effectively using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong attention to detail and capacity to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests warmly
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth, easy shopping experience
- Ensure food and beverage products are fresh, replenished, and accurately priced
- Follow all food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, inventory rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process for accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Maintain an inviting dining area throughout shift
