The Food & Beverage team at Target plays a vital role in enhancing the guest experience by ensuring that all food products are fresh, accurately priced, and properly stocked on the sales floor. This position is hourly and starts at $15.00 USD per hour.

As a Starbucks Barista at Target, your primary focus will be on delivering a consistent and exceptional Starbucks experience to guests. Your responsibilities will revolve around crafting handcrafted Starbucks beverages and managing food quality and freshness. You will uphold state and federal food safety as well as OSHA regulations while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. The role requires you to greet guests warmly, assist with product inquiries, and ensure every interaction ends on a positive note. Beyond guest interaction, you will manage food deliveries, replenishment, inventory accuracy, and the organization of products to maintain an inviting and efficient Starbucks space within the store.

Daily duties include following food and beverage standards, maintaining cleanliness and safety, supporting the Drive-Up service for digital orders, and continually engaging with guests to meet Starbucks' high standards. The position also demands flexibility in scheduling with shifts that may include nights, weekends, holidays, and peak shopping times, reflecting the retail environment's dynamic nature.
