Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations when needed
- Ability to climb ladders
- Safely handle and move merchandise including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Reliable and prompt attendance
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions from 34°F to -10°F
- Ability to work in spaces with common allergens
- Mobility to remain on feet for the entire shift
- Compliance with Target and Starbucks safety policies
- Completion of all required Starbucks trainings related to quality and safety
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and coworkers
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and other technology equipment
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Effective problem-solving and guest issue resolution skills
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by connecting with guests and providing quality handcrafted beverages and food
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage Standards along with Starbucks brand and food safety standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stocking, zoning, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, defect reporting, signing and backstock management
- Maintain ongoing awareness of promotional activities within Starbucks
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and timely
- Engage with guests authentically to meet and exceed their expectations
- Complete and record all cleaning tasks and maintain food safety standards consistently
