The Barista position at Winter Park Resort is a seasonal role designed for individuals who enjoy creating memorable customer experiences and working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Job Requirements

Must have current Food Handler and Allergy training certificate or must attend Food Handler and Aller-train certification courses within 14 days of employment
Minimum one year experience in customer service is preferred
Barista experience is preferred
Previous cash handling experience preferred
May be required to work evenings, holidays and weekends
High School Diploma or GED required
May be a current High School student

Job Duties

Greet and interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner while taking accurate orders
Prepare and serve handcrafted beverages and food items consistently according to Starbucks recipes and presentation standards
Operate point-of-sale (POS) system
Maintain a clean and organized work area including bar and customer-facing spaces
Restock ingredients, supplies, and products as needed throughout the shift
Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure compliance with food safety standards
Stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Arrive on time and maintain consistent attendance and punctuality
Support teammates by assisting in various roles during peak hours and shift changes
Demonstrate knowledge of Starbucks values, mission, and product offerings
Problem solve and adapt to changing priorities or customer needs
Other duties as assigned
