Job Requirements

Job Duties
- provides personalized service to all guests
- consistently prepares drink orders according to franchise and company guidelines
- maintains register and bank
- balances cash drawer and maintains accurate cash sheet
- communicates and interacts regularly with guests
- sets up and maintains pastry and drink displays with attractive, clean, and standardized presentation
- takes inventory of food, beverages, and supplies
- stocks machines and dispensers
- prepares serving dishes, trays, utensils, cups, and paper products
- clears and cleans tables promptly
- wipes up spills
- removes trash
- restocks self-service food and supplies
- listens and responds to guest requests or concerns
- cleans and sanitizes counters, floors, storage areas, utensils, equipment, and common areas
- complies with all company standards and requirements
- maintains regular attendance and punctuality
- adheres to dress code and maintains high standards of personal appearance
- performs additional duties as assigned by supervisor
