Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous barista, hospitality, or customer service experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to read, speak, and write English clearly to interact with diverse guests and understand instructions
- Basic math proficiency for accurate cash handling, making change, and totaling charges
- Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Open availability to work a varied schedule including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of high-quality hot and cold Starbucks beverages following established recipes and presentation standards
- Greet guests warmly, respond to requests in a friendly and efficient manner, and resolve any dissatisfaction with professional hospitality
- Take guest orders accurately using the Point of Sale system, process various payments including cash, credit, and gift cards, and upsell additional items to enhance profitability
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas, equipment, and seating areas
- perform opening and closing duties including setting up supplies and securing the house bank
- Requisition, stock, and rotate products such as milk, syrups, and beans to ensure freshness and availability
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation guidelines including checking refrigerator temperatures and following company safety procedures
