Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- one year of retail or related experience preferred
- good verbal communication skills
- ability to interact politely and effectively with customers
- good customer service and organizational skills
- basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills
- able to lift and/or move up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- able to bend, stoop, twist and turn frequently
- able to work in varied temperatures and outside weather conditions
- able to follow safety and food handling guidelines

Job Duties
- Prepare coffee shop beverages
- prepare food items according to procedures
- ensure food and beverages are handled safely and maintain a clean work environment
- operate cash register and process payments
- stock items and rotate coffee merchandise displays
- maintain understanding of store programs and product locations
- comply with company policies on security and cash handling
- maintain department cleanliness and safety standards
- communicate company programs, in-store specials and coupons to customers
- follow PPE, safety, food safety and cleaning guidelines
- perform tasks in other departments as assigned
- additional responsibilities as needed
