Macy's is currently seeking Baristas to join their team. The Barista role involves crafting Starbucks coffee beverages to Starbucks standards while delivering outstanding customer service. This role is highly customer-focused, emphasizing hospitality and product knowledge to enhance the customer experience. The position may be full-time, typically 30 or more hours per week, or part-time with 12 to 24 hours weekly, dependant on business needs and colleague availability. Baristas will work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail environment, managing beverage preparation stations and ensuring cleanliness and compliance with Health Department standards.
