Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Ability to be scheduled early mornings (5:30 am)
Availability during booth hours year-round
Flexible to work about 15 hours per week year-round
Monday through Friday availability
Availability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Holiday availability
Strong interpersonal skills
Interest in coffee preparation
Ability to handle food according to state health codes
Teamwork
Ability to maintain drink consistency
Ability to work in an energetic, fast-paced environment
Organizational and cleanliness skills

Job Qualifications

Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Interest in preparing coffee and refreshments
Ability to memorize recipes and maintain consistency
Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment preferred
Basic knowledge of food handling and safety
Ability to work early morning shifts
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Prepare blended coffees and refreshments using Starbucks recipes
Memorize and maintain drink consistency
Provide kind and appreciative customer service
Communicate transparently and work cooperatively with coworkers
