Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee and tea beverages in accordance with Starbucks standards
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including equipment and workstations
- Follow health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Upsell products and promote new offerings to enhance the customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations during shifts
