Job Requirements
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior experience in customer service or retail preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- create ‘wow’ moments that positively impact customers
- assist customers with their Starbucks orders
- provide product suggestions and handle special orders
- ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
- respond effectively to customer questions
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trustful relationships with customers
- stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
