Job Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Excellent customer service skills

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to store standards
- Engage with customers to provide personalized service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Assist with stocking and merchandising of products
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
- Handle cash register and process transactions efficiently
- Support training of new baristas and participate in ongoing learning
