Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift or move merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance
- Ability to work in environments with refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- Access all areas of the store to respond to guest or team member needs
- Ability to operate cash registers as needed
- Ability to interpret instructions, reports, and information
- Commitment to safety policies and procedures
- Ability to remain mobile during shifts
- Strong communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide friendly interactions
- Craft handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food according to recipe specifications
- Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards adhering to state and federal guidelines
- Manage food and beverage replenishment, inventory accuracy, culling, rotation, and signing
- Support guest services including Drive Up and order pick-up processes
- Maintain an inviting dining area and ensure compliance with food and beverage operational standards
- Assist team members and adapt to changing business and guest needs while upholding safety and ethical conduct
