Job Requirements
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Capability to lift up to 44 pounds occasionally and 10 pounds frequently
- Comfortable working in various temperature environments including refrigeration
- Access to all areas of the store
- Ability to climb ladders and handle merchandise safely
- Basic cash handling and register operations
- Commitment to safety and compliance policies
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- Skilled in operating handheld technology devices
- Strong teamwork and independent work capabilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to follow multi-step processes
- Able to remain calm and focused in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and initiate friendly interactions
- Assist guests in finding products and resolving issues
- Prepare hand crafted Starbucks beverages and food items
- Follow all food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks area
- Execute inventory and replenishment processes accurately
- Support digital order fulfillment including Drive Up services
