Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED or currently enrolled and successfully complete a GED program within six months from start date
- Must be eighteen years of age or older
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to learn quickly
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Must pass job interview including guest service audition
- Must complete BASSET training
- Must complete ServeSafe Sanitation training
- Willing and able to work odd or irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Willing to travel and participate in training
- Must have or obtain and maintain Occupational License pursuant to Illinois Gaming Act and remain in good standing with Illinois Gaming Board
Job Qualifications

- Must successfully pass job interview, including a guest service audition

- Willing to travel and participate in training as recommended or required

Job Duties
- Prepares quality beverages and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
- Maintains a clean and organized workspace so that partners can locate resources and products as needed
- Contributes to positive team environment by recognizing alarms or changes in partner morale and performance by communicating them to the supervisor
- Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
- Assists in new partner training by positively reinforcing successful performance
- Maintains regular and punctual attendance
- Anticipates customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment and customers for cues
- Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standards
- Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
