The Starbucks Barista position at SodexoMagic is a part-time role with rotation shifts located at the Grady Health System site. This job offers a pay range from $16.50 to $17.50 per hour, with shift details discussed during the interview process. As a Starbucks Barista, you will be integral to delivering exceptional customer experiences by preparing and serving high-quality, handcrafted beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, café latte, tea, chai, and fruit blend drinks tailored to customer specifications. You will engage warmly with guests, providing efficient and personalized service that fosters customer satisfaction and loyalty.

This position demands strong multitasking skills and the ability to maintain a clean and organized coffee bar area. Responsibilities include greeting customers, preparing and serving beverages, maintaining supply displays, and ensuring the cleanliness of coffee machines and preparation areas. Additionally, accurate cash handling and sales recording are essential facets of the role. Physical stamina is required, including standing or walking for long periods, and the ability to lift items up to 50 pounds occasionally. Time management, attendance, and reliability are critical for maintaining smooth operations and excellent customer service.
