Job Duties
- create 'WOW' moments that positively impact customers
- assist customers with orders for Starbucks services
- provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
- ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
- respond to customer questions efficiently and effectively
- work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- build trustful relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits
- stock product and displays according to merchandising standards
