Job Requirements
- Ability to access all areas of the store to respond to guest or team member issues
- Capable of climbing ladders and moving merchandise safely, including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Skilled in operating cash register and handling transactions accurately
- Ability to work in diverse environmental conditions including refrigeration and freezer areas
- Physical stamina to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
- Willingness to work flexible schedules as needed
- Comply with all safety policies, best practices, and training protocols
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests and assisting with their needs
- Help guests find products and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Execute food and beverage processes such as replenishment, inventory management, rotation, cleaning, and signing
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and timely
- Produce handcrafted beverages and prepare food according to Starbucks recipe specifications
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Starbucks space, including dining areas
- Follow all food safety guidelines and complete required training and certifications
