Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Physical ability to lift merchandise up to 44 pounds occasionally
- Ability to work flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable working in refrigeration and freezer temperatures
- Ability to operate cash register and technology equipment
- Must follow safety and food handling protocols
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to work safely in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to remain on feet and mobile throughout shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate on multiple technology devices including handheld scanners
- Strong customer service skills with a welcoming attitude
- Ability to work independently and cooperate within a team
- Attention to detail and ability to follow complex processes
- Ability to multitask and remain composed in fast-paced environments
- Flexibility with scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Greet guests warmly and create a friendly, inspiring environment
- Prepare handcrafted Starbucks beverages and food items following recipe specifications
- Manage inventory including replenishment, rotation, and culling to maintain food freshness
- Ensure compliance with food safety and OSHA guidelines
- Support digital order fulfillment and Starbucks Drive Up processes efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the Starbucks area
- Assist guests with questions and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold Target and Starbucks food and beverage standards
