Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if required
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Work scheduled shifts and take required meal and rest breaks
- Ability to work in refrigeration, freezer temperatures and environments with common allergens
- Capable of remaining mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate using multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by greeting guests at 10ft and 4ft distances
- Help guests find what they need and resolve issues to ensure a smooth shopping experience
- Deliver fresh and abundant Starbucks food and beverages according to quality standards
- Execute food safety and cleanliness processes including monitoring temperature sensitive items
- Maintain inventory accuracy through replenishment, rotation, and proper stock management
- Support Starbucks Drive Up orders ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment
- Engage with guests to exceed Starbucks expectations and complete all required training and certifications
