Job Duties
- prepare and serve coffee and other beverages as per company standards
- provide exceptional customer service ensuring a memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating area
- handle customer inquiries and product recommendations
- operate coffee machines and other related equipment safely and efficiently
- restock supplies and merchandise as necessary
- collaborate with team members to meet store goals and deliver quality service
