Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks beverages and food items according to company recipes and standards
- Provide engaging and attentive customer service to ensure a memorable experience
- Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other equipment
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies
- Educate customers about Starbucks products including coffee blends, teas, and merchandise
- Collaborate with team members to meet store operational needs
- Uphold all health and safety standards and regulations
