Job Requirements
- Access all areas of the building to respond to guest or team member issues
- Interpret instructions, reports and information
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders if needed
- Scan, handle and move merchandise efficiently and safely including lifting up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
- Ability to work in refrigeration, freezer temperatures and conditions where allergens may be present
- Capable of working in varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
- Work independently and with a team
- Resolve guest questions quickly on the spot
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Create an easy, inspiring and friendly guest experience by delivering on the following commitments: greet within 10ft and 4ft, help guests find what they need and resolve issues
- End every guest transaction with a sincere thank you
- Actively support team efforts and assist peers while maintaining a positive and respectful attitude
- Adjust to business and guest needs to deliver an easy and inspiring guest experience
- Uphold and maintain the execution of Food & Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, stock routines, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, organizing, and storing reserve product
- Support Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
