The Barista role at Starbucks within Albertsons Companies is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about food, beverages, and customer service. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to operate food and beverage preparation equipment
  • basic math skills for transaction handling
  • availability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • willingness to learn and follow procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
  • ability to learn and follow safety and sanitation procedures
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • enthusiasm for coffee, tea, and customer satisfaction
  • ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet customers and take beverage orders
  • prepare and serve high-quality coffee and tea beverages
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
  • provide excellent customer service and engage with customers to enhance their experience
  • restock products and supplies as needed
  • follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
  • handle transactions and operate point-of-sale systems
