Job Requirements

California Food Handlers Card
Ability to work nights weekends and holiday periods to meet business needs
Ability to pass a background check if 18 years of age or older

Job Qualifications

1 to 2 years of barista experience
Ability to deliver excellent customer service
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Positive attitude and team player
Minimum age of 18

Job Duties

Prepares food and beverages to standard recipes or customized for customers including recipe changes
Provides quality beverages whole bean and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Follows health safety and sanitation guidelines for all products
Maintains a calm demeanor during periods of high volume or unusual events to keep store operating to standard
Delivers legendary customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with the customer
Discovers and responds to customer needs
Provides guest service according to Six Flags standards including initiating guest interactions answering questions and giving directions
