Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
Assist in the stocking and merchandising of Starbucks products including pastries and merchandise
Operate the cash register and handle customer transactions accurately
Collaborate with team members to meet daily store goals and ensure customer satisfaction
Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and service skills
