Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous experience in food service or retail hospitality preferred
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks
- knowledge of food safety and OSHA guidelines preferred
- proficiency with technology and handheld devices
- ability to follow multi-step processes

Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- uphold and maintain the execution of the food and beverage standards
- execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
- always be aware of current and future promotions within Starbucks
- follow all Target and Starbucks routines to deliver a consistent guest experience while maintaining food safety
- support the Starbucks Drive Up process to ensure digital guest orders are fulfilled accurately and on time
- maintain an inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
- engage with guests to meet and exceed their expectations based on Starbucks standards
- produce handcrafted beverages and food to specifications on recipe cards
- follow all food safety requirements, including monitoring and recording temperature-sensitive food items
- complete and record all cleaning tasks as outlined in best practices
- identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items according to best practice
- ensure accurate in-stocks by placing store-initiated orders
- follow proper perishable inventory procedures
- execute sampling best practices
- be knowledgeable about the tools, products, and services available in the total store
- complete all required training and certifications related to quality control of Starbucks products
- demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance
- work safely and comply with all safety policies
- support guest services including back-up cashier, order pick up, and Drive-Up while maintaining compliance with laws
- create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting their specific needs
- thank guests and promote Target’s commitment to customer service
- perform all other duties as needed based on business requirements
