Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong communication skills
Ability to handle physical demands of the job
Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
Must be able to stand for long periods

Job Duties

Assist customers with orders for various Starbucks services

Ensure quality service and product safety by following sanitation procedures
Respond efficiently to customer questions
Work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Build trustful relationships to encourage return visits
Stock products and displays following merchandising standards
