Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Strong customer service skills
Basic math and cash handling abilities
Physical ability to stand and perform repetitive tasks during shifts

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company recipes and standards
Provide exceptional customer service to create memorable experiences
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and work areas
Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Educate customers on Starbucks products and promotions
Assist in training new baristas and support team collaboration
Monitor inventory levels and assist with restocking supplies
