Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages following company recipes and standards
- Provide friendly, engaging customer service to enhance customer experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and workstations
- Handle cash and other transactions accurately
- Assist with stocking and merchandising products
- Learn and adhere to health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals and performance standards
