Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or food service preferred
- Knowledge of coffee and tea products is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare Starbucks coffee and tea beverages to prescribed standards
- Engage with customers to deliver exceptional service and create memorable experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Handle transactions accurately and efficiently
- Assist with stocking and merchandising of products
- Collaborate with team members to support smooth store operations
- Participate in training and development activities to enhance skills
