Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food and beverage industry beneficial
- Ability to learn quickly and follow instructions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for coffee, tea, and customer engagement
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Commitment to teamwork and community involvement
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve coffee and tea beverages to customers
- Greet and engage with customers to provide exceptional service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment
- Assist with stocking and merchandising products including pastries and whole beans
- Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve skills
