Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Physical ability to perform job duties including standing and lifting
Commitment to following safety and sanitation procedures

Enjoy interacting with customers one-on-one
Highly organized with great attention to detail
Possess great listening and communication skills
Maintain good eye contact and positive body language
Comfortable using electronic bakery and deli equipment
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and twist while handling product

Job Duties

Create 'WOW' moments with positive and lasting impact on customers
Assist customers with their Starbucks orders and services
Provide product suggestions and assist with special orders
Ensure quality service and products by following safety and sanitation procedures
Respond effectively to customer questions
Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Build trustworthy relationships with customers to encourage return visits
Stock products and displays according to merchandising standards
