Job Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old
Ability to stand for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Ability to follow food safety and hygiene standards
Ability to work as part of a team
Reliable transportation or means to commute

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous customer service or food service experience is a plus
Basic knowledge of coffee and tea products is beneficial
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages to customers
Engage with customers to provide exceptional service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Assist with stocking and merchandising product displays
Support team members in daily store operations
Learn and adhere to company offering standards
Promote and educate customers about new products and promotions
