Job Requirements
- Accurately handle cash register operations as needed
- Climb up and down ladders
- Scan, handle and move merchandise safely including up to 44 pounds
- Flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and peak times
- Ability to work in cold environments ranging from 34F to -10F
- Ability to work in spaces with common allergens present
- Exposure to varying temperatures, humidity and elements including Drive-Up and carryout duties
- Ability to remain mobile for the duration of scheduled shifts
Job Qualifications
- Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
- Welcoming and helpful attitude toward all guests and team members
- Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
- Ability to work independently and with a team
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve guest questions quickly
- Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
- Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and accomplish multiple tasks within timeframes
Job Duties
- Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing a fresh and abundant shopping experience
- Uphold and maintain execution of Food and Beverage standards
- Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, instocks routines, data accuracy, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and product storage
- Support the Starbucks Drive Up process ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment
- Produce handcrafted beverages and food according to Starbucks recipe specifications
- Complete all required cleaning and food safety tasks as outlined in best practices
- Engage with guests to meet and exceed expectations based on Starbucks standards
