Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- No prior barista experience required as training will be provided

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve favorite Starbucks beverages and food items
- Engage with customers to provide memorable service and a welcoming experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the barista station and surrounding areas
- Learn and apply knowledge of menu items, products, and promotions
- Assist in managing inventory and restocking supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold health and safety standards in food preparation and customer service
