Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
Reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to work in varying temperatures from -10F to 34F
Ability to work in environments where common allergens may be present
Ability to remain mobile during scheduled shifts
Comply with all safety policies and training
Accurately handle cash register operations as needed

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude towards guests and team members
Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners
Ability to work independently and with a team
Resolve guest questions quickly
Attention to detail and follow multi-step processes
Ability to remain focused and composed in fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant product during all hours of operation
Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, culling, rotation, cleaning, signing, and organizing reserve product
Support Starbucks Drive Up process to fulfill digital guest orders accurately and on time
Maintain inviting dining area for guests throughout shift
Produce handcrafted beverages and food to specification
Follow food safety requirements including monitoring temperature sensitive items
Complete and record all cleaning tasks
Identify and process damaged, recalled, or expired items
Place store-initiated orders for accurate in-stocks
Follow proper perishable inventory procedures
Execute sampling best practices
Complete required trainings and certifications
Demonstrate culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance
Support guest services including cashier, order pick up, and Drive Up
Create welcoming experiences by greeting and engaging with guests
