Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for extended periods
Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Basic math and cash handling skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and food offerings
Provide exceptional customer service engaging with customers in a friendly manner
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store and work areas
Stock merchandise and supplies as needed
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
Operate point-of-sale systems accurately
Participate in team training and development activities
