High school diploma or equivalent
Willingness to learn and develop barista skills
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks coffee, tea, and other beverages according to quality standards
Engage with customers to provide friendly and efficient service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the brewing and seating areas
Assist in stocking and merchandising Starbucks products and pastries
Collaborate with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
Participate in training and development activities
