Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 44 pounds
Ability to climb ladders
Ability to work in cold environments between 34F and -10F
Ability to handle common allergens safely
Must maintain reliable and prompt attendance
Ability to operate handheld scanners and technology equipment
Must work safely and comply with all food safety and OSHA guidelines

Job Qualifications

Previous Starbucks or food service experience preferred but not required
Welcoming and helpful attitude toward guests and team members
Ability to communicate effectively using multiple devices
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong problem-solving and guest resolution skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes
Ability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment
Completion of all required training and certifications
Commitment to ethical conduct and compliance

Job Duties

Deliver an exceptional guest experience by providing fresh and abundant products during all hours
Uphold and maintain execution of Food & Beverage standards
Execute food and beverage processes including deliveries, replenishment, inventory routines, cleaning, signing, and organizing
Support the Starbucks Drive-Up process to ensure accurate and timely digital order fulfillment
Maintain an inviting dining area for guests
Produce handcrafted beverages and food according to recipes
Follow all food safety requirements including temperature monitoring and cleaning tasks
Locate and process damaged or expired items
Place store-initiated orders and maintain inventory accuracy
Engage with guests to meet and exceed Starbucks standards
Complete all required quality control trainings
Work safely and comply with all safety policies
Support guest services including backup cashier and order pickup
Create a welcoming environment by greeting and assisting guests
Perform additional duties based on business needs
