Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
  • Engage customers with friendly and knowledgeable service
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas
  • Handle merchandise, including stocking and sales of Starbucks products
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities
  • Provide excellent customer experience by personalizing interactions
