Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stand for extended periods
Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Ability to interact positively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

Previous customer service or retail experience preferred
Knowledge of coffee and beverage preparation is a plus
Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Job Duties

Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages according to company standards
Engage customers with friendly and knowledgeable service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and surrounding areas
Handle merchandise, including stocking and sales of Starbucks products
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
Participate in ongoing training and development activities
Provide excellent customer experience by personalizing interactions
