Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong customer service skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- No prior barista experience required but helpful
- Ability to handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve Starbucks beverages and products to customers
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace and equipment

- Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- Assist with training and development of new baristas
- Adhere to company policies and safety standards
