Job Requirements

Must provide, or obtain upon hire, a current Utah food handlers permit
Able to work as part of a team and build relationships
Must maintain regular and consistent attendance
Available to work flexible hours that may include early mornings, evenings, weekends, nights and/or holidays
Able to learn quickly
Meet store operating policies and standards, including cash handling and store safety and security
Comfortable with responsibilities like cash-handling and store safety
Able to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Excellent communication skills
Ability to keep cool and calm in a fast-paced, energetic work environment

Job Qualifications

Basic knowledge of the English language sufficient to understand inquiries from customers and communicate simple instructions
Ability to comprehend and apply written product labeling instructions
Ability to learn and operate Point of Sale computer system and cash register
Ability to remember, recite and promote the variety of menu items
Ability to operate beverage equipment

Job Duties

Provide quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards
Deliver customer service to all customers by acting with a customer comes first attitude and connecting with guests
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Meet store operating policies and standards, including providing quality beverages and food products, cash handling and store safety and security
Maintain a calm demeanor during periods of high volume to keep store operating to standard
Ability to adapt communication style to suit different audiences, such as effectively communicating with management, coworkers, public etc
Operate beverage equipment and Point of Sale computer system
