Job Requirements
- Successful completion of high school or equivalent
- Ability to work varying shifts with open availability preferred
- Reliable and punctual with satisfactory attendance
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to maintain a healthy and safe working environment
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- No prior experience required but preferred
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or food service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate cash register and handle transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility to work varying shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Starbucks Barista certification may be required at some locations
Job Duties
- Greet customers, take orders, mix and serve hot and cold beverages such as coffee, espresso, cappuccino, cafe latte, tea, chai, fruit blend drinks
- Record all sales, collect cash/credit card/electronic payments and operate a cash register
- Clean coffee machines, restaurant areas, restrooms and preparation areas
- Attend work and show for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and customer service areas
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
- Follow health and safety guidelines and ensure compliance with company policies
