Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages according to company standards
Engage customers with friendly and attentive service
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
Promote and sell merchandise, pastries, and whole bean coffees
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations
Follow health and safety guidelines and store policies
